Sign in

Sign in with Discord

  1. Click Sign in in the site header.

  2. Tick the box agreeing to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and License Agreement. The sign-in buttons stay greyed out until you do.

  3. Click Continue with Discord and approve the request on Discord. You'll land back on the site, signed in.

Or sign in with a code sent to your Discord DMs

  1. On the sign-in page, click Get a code by Discord DM.

  2. Enter your Discord user ID. It is a number, 15 to 25 digits long, not your username. To find it, open User Settings, then Advanced in Discord and turn on Developer Mode. Then right-click your name and choose Copy User ID.

  3. Click Send code. The bot DMs you a 6-digit code. Type it in and click Verify. Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.

  4. First time here? You'll be asked for an email to create your account. If an account with your Discord name already exists, enter the email on file to confirm it's yours.

No code arrived?

You must be a member of the Discord server, and your Discord privacy settings must allow DMs from server members. If the site says you are not in the server, join it, then send the code again.

Pay & unlock

Free item?

Skip this stage. Free items need no payment, so go straight to Download.

Pay with Card is on every paid item. The other routes only appear on items that support them.

Available on every paid item. You pay through the creator's Buy Me a Coffee support page and include a reference code, which is how your payment gets matched to your account.

  1. Sign in, then open the item. If it has several Purchase option choices, pick one.

  2. Click Pay with Card. You get an 8-digit reference code. Copy it.

  3. Tick I understand I need to include this exact code in my payment note, then click Go to payment page.

  4. On Buy Me a Coffee, enter the amount shown as Total due (tax included). Paste your code into the message field and tick Make this message private.

  5. Send the payment, come back to the item page and click Check Payment. Once the total you have paid reaches the price, the license unlocks by itself.

Don't forget the code

A payment without the exact reference code can't be matched automatically. If that happens, message me on Discord with your receipt and I'll sort it out.

Split payments and overpaying

You can pay in several parts with the same code, and Paid so far keeps count. If you pay noticeably more than the price, you will be asked whether to save the difference as credit or leave it as a tip. Credit appears as Pay with credits on your next order.

Buying more than one item?

Click Add to cart on each item, open the cart and click Get one payment code. One code and one payment cover everything in the cart. Items priced in different currencies get separate codes.

Download

  1. Open Library in the site menu. Every license you own is a card, and active means you can download it.

  2. Click Generate link on the item. A countdown starts, and the link is valid for 5 minutes.

  3. Copy the Encrypted zip password on the card. The eye icon reveals it, and the copy icon copies it without showing it.

  4. Click Download now. Your browser saves a .zip file.

Each link works once

A link works for one download, within 5 minutes, from the same network that generated it. If you change Wi-Fi or switch a VPN on or off between generating and downloading, generate a fresh link.

Need the files again later?

Come back to your Library and generate a new link whenever you like. Requests are limited to 5 per minute for each item.

Free items are simpler

Click Download for free on the item page (you still need to be signed in). There is no license and no password, so the zip opens like any other.

Unlock the zip

Don't just double-click it

Paid zips use AES-256 encryption. Windows Explorer and the built-in macOS Archive Utility don't support it, so they fail or extract the files incorrectly. Use one of the free tools below instead.

  1. Install 7-Zip from the link above.

  2. Find the downloaded .zip, right-click it, choose 7-Zip, then Extract Here. On Windows 11, if you do not see 7-Zip, click Show more options first.

  3. Paste the password from your Library when asked and click OK.

  4. Your files appear next to the zip.

Using WinRAR?

Right-click the zip, choose Extract Here and enter the password when prompted.

On a phone or tablet?

File apps on phones and tablets usually can't open AES-256 zips. Download and extract on a computer, or send the download link to one.
